What does the initial consultation cover?
The free initial consultation covers objectives, timeline and service fit. Document analysis requires a separately agreed paid diagnostic engagement.
Does diagnosis include execution?
Applications, proposals, presentations and follow-on execution require a separate agreement on scope, deliverables and fees. Applications under additional program announcements, resubmissions and unlimited revisions are not automatically included.
Are selection or transactions guaranteed?
No outcomes are guaranteed. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are defined in the engagement.
