Turn business priorities into evidence-based plans and practical working documents.
These deliverables are discussion examples, not client cases or committed outputs. Scope, format, schedule, revision limits and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
Send only a public overview in your first inquiry. Agree confidentiality, access and intended use before sharing restricted material. You may inquire before every item is ready.
Scope
Diagnosis and priorities
Review the business stage, objectives, schedule and resources. Identify 1–3 opportunities to investigate, evidence gaps and action priorities. Program fit requires a separate check of the relevant announcement and company circumstances.
Planning and presentation
Review customer, market and technology logic and improve the structure and evidence of plans, proposals and presentations. Application drafting, submission and follow-up are performed only when included in the agreement.
Execution planning
Agree owners, milestones and evidence collection. The free initial consultation covers objectives, timing and collaboration fit; detailed diagnosis is discussed as paid work. Additional applications, resubmissions and unlimited revisions are not included by default.
