Aligning application forms and evidence for Korean NET and NEP designation in 2026

Check the revision date of the current forms

The Korea Industrial Technology Association announced that the Korean name of NET changed from certification to designation on 3 June 2026. The 2026 NEP handbook and document library also use designation terminology. Even when referring to older materials, check the current submission forms and guidance for the relevant application round.

Check consistency across documents

Check that the company name, representative, business registration number and address agree across the application, certificates and online entries. Create a reference sheet for technology names, product names, development periods and model identifiers. Before correcting a discrepancy, distinguish a difference in wording from a difference in the actual scope.

NET review materials call for correspondence between rights-related and test evidence; NEP application guidance addresses test and sales evidence for the models being submitted. For multiple models, IRUMJAE recommends one row per model showing the test report number, test items, sales evidence and points requiring further confirmation.

Review substantive consistency as well

Correct filenames do not guarantee that performance figures match test reports or that joint development organizations are fully identified. Assign an original source to each key claim and record inconsistencies as items to resolve. If application-writing tips conflict with the latest handbook, check current legislation and official guidance before applying them.
